As a large school we have different reasons set up for each division and we prefix this with the division (US, MS, LS) since the ability select different reasons by school was not available until 2025. We simply want parents to select a Reason like "Absent" or "Tardy" that would then map to our internal reason code like "US Tardy Unexcused" For parents that have students in different divisions this would allow us to provide consistent options to them. For this reason, we don't plan to leverage this feature until this is addressed.
