An admin hit the Approve All course requests button before the sign up deadline, not realizing that this would lock students out of making changes to their course requests. Now students cannot make changes to their selections. There is no global "Unapprove all" button, so are having to unlock the requests, one student at a time. We need a way to globally reset approvals so that they revert back to a Pending status.
