Allow Manage Exclusions to pull in Past Students

When we have a withdrawn Student who had an exclusion we would like to be able to view them in onRecord > Procedures > Grading > Manage Exclusions. Or I would like the ability to have exclusions as a list object so that I can pull a list of all users with exclusions in a list.

    This is supported in the new Holds functionality which released in June/July 2021.

    I think this is essential.  These exclusions are often used for tuition issues.   If someone wants to 'beat' this system all they have to do is wait until the student is withdrawn and then get the information they need.

    This would be very helpful. Often it's a withdrawn student who needs some type of record--grades, transcripts, etc. If they have exclusions like outstanding tuition, it should be clearly marked so records will not be distributed until they are cleared.
