Allow users to print Learning Profiles in the pending stage

The system lacks the capacity to print learning Profiles before they are approved, limiting access to draft profiles.

This would be incredibly helpful. Our learning specialists would like to be able to view the profiles before they make them "live" for parents and/or teachers.
Indispensable - baffling that this can't be done already.
