I would like Transcripts to include a Transcripts Text box (like comments) that can be accessed per student.

Text Box in the Transcript year underneath Courses in Progress or Last Final Transcript Grade.

For example the Student may be exempt from the 3yr Language requirement if the text box is here it shows they are exempt or if the Student is working on a student project to show why these requirements were not met or exempt.

We need to enter these comments per student as not every student will have this option exempt and the comments may be for something else like Senior Project.
