Report Card Hold Pop Up Message Merged

There should really be some type of pop up message that can be activated when a student's report card is on hold. We would like to be able to put a note about contacting the Business Office regarding the hold on your student's report card. This way the parent's are not calling the divisional school office saying they are unable to access the report card. Parents seem to think it is a technology glitch and then the school administrative assistants are put in a sticky situation where they have to tell the parent to call the business office.

    Yes - in EE we had the ability to create several different kinds of holds and each had a message that explained the hold and who to call.   We need to be able to display a hold message.

    Same with contracts that are on hold. Popup message with our comment about who to contact to clear the hold and receive their contract.
