Ability to customize "No performance data is available at this time" message when access to report cards/transcripts is turned off
During our active grading periods, we turn off access to our report cards and transcripts, which means parents can't access them online for a time. When they try, they get the follow message "No performance data is available at this time."
I would like to have a way to customize that message to direct folks to me (Registrar) for copies of their child's transcript and/or report card.

This functionality is available in the new Holds feature which replaced the previous exclusions in July 2021.

Yes yes yes! The parents always contact the tech department when this happens. It puts us in a very uncomfortable situation.
At the first of May, i had a video call with some of the developers working on the new Holds features of ON. This would probably fit right into their piece. One of the developers was stephen.boyle@blackbaud.com. Maybe he can let you know if this is part of their release.
Or to be able to add a message to contact the Business Office when records are on hold due to Financial or Other Business Office items.
