Add a note under the cancel checkbox that can appear in the Teacher's Take Attendance view explaining how it functions

The cancel checkbox that can appear in the Teacher's Take Attendance view if checked marks the Student as present and does not cancel class in the traditional way. This is used in boarding school situations where a teacher could be out however all the students are present.

I’m seeing lots of ideas that need to be merged regarding the “cancel class” option available for teachers.  This function is not working as most schools would expect.

It should definitely be clearer that the Cancel Class checkbox functions that way, and there should also be a separate option (for non-boarding schools) where a teacher can cancel class, it notifies the attendance office of the cancellation, and then someone else needs to account for where the students from that section are (i.e. whether they're still present SOMEWHERE during that period).
