A view-only after requests have been approved would be great! Our college counseling team gets bombarded with questions and it would be so much easier if parents and students had access to this information.

Support recommended that I leave open the course request period but manipulate the course request tasks on the student and parent roles (like this) to allow students still to view their requests. It'll work, but it's now the second part of our course process in which we'll manipulate role tasks as a workaround rather than achieving our desired result in the module itself. (The other is allowing teachers to make course recommendations before the signup period begins)

The course request fields should remain open and view-only after the request period closes. We have lots of questions from parents and students in between the time period of the request period and the scheduling.

There needs to be a view only option that doesn't show enrollments until you want the students to be able to see them.  A report would be helpful that the students and advisors could run to verify course requests.
