Create Role Tasks for Coaches to Enter/Query Athletic Clearance Requirements

Right now, only nurses have access to entering and retrieving information about Athletic Clearance Requirements, but this is something we like our coaches to handle, as they deal most directly with our athletics and our athletes. Requiring the nurse to take care of this information adds extra steps between our coaches and the information they need access to. We'd like our coaches to be able to handle entering the clearance information for students and creating worklists about them.

I also would like folks in our Athletics office (The AD and the Assistant) to be able to add Athletic Clearance records. With several sports, and 3 required clearances, this is thousands of checkboxes. I don't want to make them Nurse, and it's a burden our nurse shouldn't have to bear. Otherwise I am really liking how Medical is progressing!
Even if the physical data is in there (that a physical was done on 5/1/2015 for example), and the nurse runs a work list, it only shows that a physical was entered - it DOES NOT SHOW THE DATE. there is no way that I can see (with the help desk) to pull a list of when the physical exam was done or when it expired. Are we missing something?
We would like an athletic role, not necessarily the coaches, managing the Athletic Clearance Requirements and having the ability to run worklists or reports / lists to see who has met the requirements and who has not. Currently, only the nurse role has access to this information.
