See prior grading periods grades Merged

My teachers would like the ability to see the prior grading periods grades while entering the current grading period's grades. i.e. see first trimester when entering second trimester.

    This is the situation our teachers are in also. We had the dream report card system, built just for us in FileMaker. We could see previous grading periods and the grades of other teachers on the same screen. I'd be happy to share it with Blackbaud!

    There is an option to do this though the "page icon" to the left of the student name, however it is EXTREMELY time consuming to have to open a new tab to view the text/grade for each student and each grade plan (or K-4 teachers have about 5 grade plans). Our teachers currently have to have 3 programs open to enter 2nd semester grade: Blackbaud, a PDF of each of their students from the previous semester in a shared location (OneDrive) as well as a program to draft the text they want to enter into onRecord (we share though OneNote), so it can be proofed by an administrator before they bulk upload an item like a class narrative. Having the previous grade displayed next to the future grade would alleviate having the PDF open while evaluating each students term progress.
