Currently these can only be printed via Rosters. So printable only via Groups (courses, community, activity, advisory).
95% of the printing that is done, usually over the summer, for paper backup of this critical information is done by administrators, not teachers, for sets of students other than the above groups.
- Providing access to Medical Contact Card printing in the Nurses Office section of Faculty persona is needed.
- Being able to filter and print these by Grade (multi-select) is needed. For example, Grades K-5, or Grades K-12, or Grade 7 (for a single grade field trip).
- Ideally, appending and collating in School Forms, X, Y and Z, if submitted regarding Student, with the Medical Contact Cards is needed. Need indicator/report, of which students missing a form.
Backup printouts always include a number of forms. Manually collating is required otherwise. (This would be either OnCampus, OnMessage, onBoard or OnRecord School Forms.) Can take a huge amount of time to do manually.
As a work around, I created an activity group called Class of 20xx for each grade year so that i can print Medical Contact Cards for entire grades alpha sorted.
So that the information is complete (as not every parent has given access to the teacher or non-teaching staff roles) we have a user called Nurse Nurse (fname, lname) that has the nurse role and is used by the administrators that need access to be able to print medical contact cards.
