Allow Performance Categories to Publish at a Specific Time

We would like for all of our grading information to publish at the same time, but there is no option to set performance categories to publish at 12:00am, for example.

    I agree it would be nice to be able to print the performance category on the report card for checking purposes and then allow the student and parent to see the performance category only when the report card is displayed to the student.
