Drop down menu form option in learning profiles
We need the capability to create a drop down menu in a form where we can create and select several accommodations from a list. Currently, it offers a check box or radio button, but this only allows one option. Therefore, you have to create a new form line for each option. This also makes all of the options viewable to the teachers, which is confusing. We will like to be able to check 3 out of 6 options and have only those 3 selected viewable as accommodations for the student.

Perhaps it's new but there is a "Drop-Down Multiple" selection that we are using. I've attached our learning center needs. In the form the preparer can select all that apply and they show as a list on the completed form.
