Checking in on this topic; my husband works with Blackbaud and his suggestion was to visit this site and check in on progress. It looks like we are still waiting for this modification to be made to Learning Profiles. If there is a way to talk with an actual representative, it would be great. The ability to format the headers on the Learning Profile will save me several steps. As of now, I have to save the LP as a pdf file, open Adobe Pro, highlight the headers, and resave the document to send out. This seems like a simple fix that Blackbaud can easily resolve. Please advise on when this will be updated. The original request was made in 2015 and it is almost 2025, that is a decade.
I'd love to know if the Learning Profile module will be updated soon. I see loads of great suggestions here in the Idea Portal. The ability to simply add formatting to text boxes is just one important update that is desperately needed. We would love to be able to upload links and/or insert charts as well.
The current Learning Profile PDF is very difficult to read because the field labels are the same font as the field contents. It would be very helpful to be able to format the field labels.
Any progress with this after 4 years? I can bold this comment, and even italicize it, but the Learning Profiles don't support any of that yet.
Any of the simple formatting capabilities would be incredibly helpful in the LP - I know it must be a little limited since the LPs end up in a PDF report format, but those should support the simple things.
C;mon It's 2019, but I won't include this comment because it feels kinda snarky.
Why can't we just upload our own learning profiles as PDFs? That way we can create them whatever way best fits our institution and not be limited by the system?
The current learning profile design needs to offer the organization, functunality, flexibility, and quick and easy access that is so necessary to education specialists. The specialists want to/must visit these documents often, and they should be designed as user-friendly. We are required to write individualized plans, but we want to use this form and modify it often. The current template does not make it easy for the development of the learning profile or for sharing it with students, families, faculty, and administrators. It would be so amazing if you could design a feature that would just let us attach a pdf. file of the forms we develop and currently use. Thank you!
The Learning Profiles are currently rather difficult to read. Being able to bold the titles of different sections would make them much more readable and user-friendly.
Plus paste from other document and not lose any formatting. This would allow someone to paste a profile in its entirety in one text box which would save a large amount of time.

Any updates on this?
This is a common theme in many threads that span back over the last two years.
Bold formatting options along with the ability to use up white space on the report by creating columns would be very helpful!
