The onRecord system is very limited in the way templates are able to be created for Learning profiles. We have found that tables and colored headings actually make them easier to read visually for teachers. Actually being able to either upload a .dotx template or a pdf of our own learning profile so the profiles can be more customizable to how the school uses them would be very helpful.
