Provide an "Apply to all School Levels" button
There are many places over the past weeks where I have had to do the identical thing three times because our school has three School Levels.
Entering Blocks into the Rotation
Holidays in the Schedule
Special Days in Schedule
These are the ones I can think of at this moment. I'll add more as I think of them.

Holidays and Special Days are shared across all school levels - having to enter the same events in multiple calendars is not good use of our time. We had this functionality in Education Edge.
