It would be useful to be able to have the conditional rules for tardy and absence allow for a higher number then a smaller number.  Our rule is 3 unexcused tardy codes triggers a detention and then every tardy that follows triggers a detention.  The way the system is now, it is hard coded to trigger the smaller number first.
