My organization needs the ability to audit or view the change logs of a teacher's gradebook. We've experienced an issue where someone can access another teacher's gradebook and make changes if they have one of two permissions:
1) The Gradebook Manager role
2) Impersonating a user with the Gradebook Manager role or a teacher.
I can encourage and educate our users to make sure they lock their machines and to be aware of who has access to their computers, but it would help tremendously if Blackbaud can provide the ability to look at logs that document the following Gradebook changes on a per Gradebook basis:
1) Name of user account that made a change
2) Timestamp of the change made
3) What was the change that was made
4) If the user was impersonated, who was the impersonating user and who was the user that impersonated.
If if they didn't keep a historical log file of all assignment grade changes, just to tag the assignment grade with the last time of entry and user who made entry would minimally be helpful to research any questionable data entry

This would also help with grades in gradebooks being changed after a marking period has ended and therefore not matching the grade posted when the grading plan was opened.
