Audit log for course recommendations

During the course selection process, students can request certain courses and faculty/admins can make course recommendations;  we would like to see if an audit log can be created to track the many recommendations that were made/changed/deleted during the process.

      This is especially important if you are going through this process at the end of the first semester then again at the end of the 3rd Quarter in case a student now meets the requirements for a class.
