Add an alert when you reach maximum class size when making schedule changes in onRecord.

It would be helpful when managing schedule changes in onRecord if an alert popped up to signal when one is exceeding the maximum class size allowed. It indicates how many students are enrolled in a section, but not how many students one section can accommodate.
