The grade on the Applicant Details page for the student does not show the actual grade that the parent has entered. When I try to change a grade for a family, the drop down window does not show the grades our school has entered in our budget. It shows general fields and does not include all of the grades we offer and have set up. It is helpful when reviewing the file to check the grade entering, tuition amount etc. It would also be very helpful to be able to change the grade ourselves rather than contacting support and waiting for them to do it.
