Our Finance people would like to see the following columns added to summary reports- Total Household Income, Total Annual Deductions, Total Calculated Annual Deductions, Total Available Capital and Household Contribution to Education. This will help us calibrate the system to get the correct numbers for the people in need of financial aid.
I attached what the summary report looks like that we have access to. We do not have access to all the columns in this format. If there is someplace on the site that we can obtain what we're after, please let us know. For now, we can only see the items we're after if we go into each individual summary report. I was able to obtain a copy of the full report from a Blackbaud Rep. If we are looking at the same spreadsheet, I'm interested in columns V, AC, AE, AH or AS (same info.) and AN. If it's easier, it would be great to have access to all the columns and we would just remove/hide the ones we don't need. I'd be happy to share that spreadsheet with you but not through this public format.

I think the fields you are looking for are contained in columns R-Y on the Summary Report. Can you confirm if there something not there that you would like added?
I meant we would like to see them on the summary report spreadsheets. We want to see the data at a glance.
