The time out for Smart Aid is too short.  When I am using Smart Aid, I am having to continuously sign back in.  It would be helpful if a preference can be added to the school set up.  I would prefer to be able to log in and stay logged in for up to 2 to 4 hours before being logged out by the software.  When working on financial aid, I often will be referring to other records only to go back to the web platform and find out that I have been timed out by the software.  I do not like this feature.  It would be helpful if the user should be able to set the length of time before a time out occurs.
