After an application is moved from the OPEN to SUBMITTED status an Advanced School User should be able to create an "In School" Review. This would allow an Advanced School User to change the Application Status to "Verified". A "Pop Up" can confirm "You are authorizing this application to by-pass the BBFA Review Process and no additional information will be requested to be submitted by the Applicant" Once they "click YES" the audit trail can record the acknowledgement for all future inquiries.
