Allow families to see prior year award letter in current year

I often get requests from families to get a copy of their prior year award letter. Because the prior year is closed out, they are unable to access it. Could you please rollover the prior year communication (or specifically, their award letter) and clearly mark the year, so the parents can access it themselves?

    Hi Sherry,

    This will be possible when we release the new Multi-Year feature in the near future. A returning parent will have access to the entire communication history from the prior year, which will include the award letter.
