Create a detailed statement accessible to parents that includes running balances and payments

If families request one, we now have to download their billing details, and manually put in their payments to get an overview of their running balances.

    In our previous tuition managment system we could send a formal tuition and fees statement with billing details by charge. This seems like an obvious miss in BBTM. The tuition statement is lacking in clarity.

    We are getting many requests for the breakdown of extended care charges by day. Would love to have a detailed report rather than having to download data from each individual session and then aggregating it.

    All current reports seem to have some part of this overarching overview. e.g. the end of year statement includes the detail of payment allocations but is missing date details, the family tuition statement includes both payments and billing but is missing billing details. 
    One report that includes all items and dates billed, and all payments and running balances would be great.
