Gerri Smith from 11642 St. Clares School has advised that her invoices are student based which is causing the override for her FAMILY based fee. Families are seeing the $300 General Placement Fee (enrollment fee) as $150 per student even if they are 8th graders who are graduating.

It is causing a lot of confusion for her families with more than one student on file.

I have included the screen shots we reviewed together. Is there a way to enhance this going forward to reflect accordingly?
