(note: this note has been added on behalf of a school). We have several families that are active and still have remaining credit balances. For multiple reasons, we do not want the families to pay online and would rather have them bring their payments in directly to the office. It would be really helpful if there was an option somewhere to turn off the functionality of individual families to make a payment online
