Only have 1 Family ID forever.

Changing families id's every year is complicating to parents. and a nightmare for applying payments to the correct accounts

    This is my first year with Smart, so I want to clarify if I'm understanding this correctly.  They have a new family ID and account each year??

    This would help a great deal as the account changing each year causes confusion. Any need for the system for the know the year could be handled in the background.
