Auto send year end statements or send an email out to the families so that they are able log on and download them.
Year end statements for tax purposes' should auto send to families. Or there should be some type of email notice sent with instructions on how they may download them.

Yes, I email parents manually with instructions, once the year end statements are available (although I have to find a family from my school to let me know when the statements are ready)
