When sending emails via BBTM to families, we only have the option to copy one email address. We would like the ability to add a second email address. Not being able to include multiple email address in copy when sending emails via BBTM creates operational challenges and a need for workarounds in our communications. We don't want to send the email outside of the system because we want it logged in the family's account.
