I have many parents listed as a secondary parent that would like their name to appear on the invoices and payment receipts. Most of these are split families, with both parents making payments toward the one account and would like their name on the documentation for tax purposes.
Our invoices, prior to debit emails, failed payment/failed account update and welcome emails all now include BOTH payers names. We will continue to add both payer names to additional emails as we continue to modernize our emails. If there is any case where both payers should not be on emails, there is a toggle option to remove their names under the update parent and student info page.
