Gradebook decimal (setting to 1 or 2 places) should be the same view for teachers and students/parents
Right now, you can change the decimal to show only 1 place for parents/students (84.2 for example) but the teachers still see it to 2 places (84.23 for example). This may lead to some confusion in discussions.0
