If a parent has both email and cc email, email both with notifications

I would like an enhancement to allow parents to receive notifications from both their email and their CC email. They would like an extra email option (for CC email) under the parent's notification settings.

Add "Select All" for User Notifications

It would be great if users could click one checkbox for "Select All" on Notification Set-Up detail pages—ex. if they would like to receive all available categories of Announcements, Game Updates, News, etc.

I find the Enrollment /Communication/notification/Candidate Enrolled very helpful, especially when students enter mid-year. Could you please create the same thing for student withdrawls?
