Ability to see deleted contracts
If a contract is accidentally deleted, it would be nice if the old contract can be viewed & printed. It would also be helpful if the "red warning" let a user know that a deleted contract is not retrievable. I always thought the "deleted contra...0

Change "Printed" date on contract to "Processed" date since that's what it is.
At the bottom of contracts, there's a Printed field but it's not actually the date the contract is printed but rather the date it was processed which is useful to know. Would love to have the wording changed to be accurate.1

Do not make a candidate available for enrollment until contract is submitted.

Default collapse the contract types list
We have so many contract types and contract forms that it would be helpful to set a default to collapse all of the contract types to make the list more readable. If I collapse all of them they just reopen then next time I go back to them.0
