Indicate when assignment is considered to be a major assignment
It would be useful if there was a way to indicated which assignments are considered to be "major" assignments and could be viewed by other teachers. This would come in handy when scheduling exams and projects for students.0

In competency based grading, add the ability to create an assignment with no skills.
