Sync With Clever

Clever is a great program that will sync all our apps but we currently have to upload by doing an import. This is available with the older Education Edge version but not this one. This would be a huge help with younger students logging in.

Allow viewing of uploaded files from contact card - Files and Forms

Currently you can only see what files have been uploaded. You must have core/edit user profile to be able to view the files. We would like teachers/parents to be able to see these files - progress reports - and have a cumulative record.

Team Roster page should display student Preferred Name and Last Name like class roster pages

Coaches address students by their preferred name just as teachers do in the classroom.

Add date and expiration of invitation to Awaiting Response in Blackbaud ID authentication

Please add columns for date sent and whether expired for the invitations in the Awaiting Response tab for Blackbaud ID authentication. Would make it easier to know when to resend the invitation.

Make training available for K-12 schools for Enrollment Management Analysis, Insights & Dashboards.

This would benefit all using enrollment management. This training is not currently available and it's a struggle for our office to understand and analyze our data in BB.

Ability to upload documents and files to student record from People Finder/Contact Card

We are trying to move all student records to electronic formats. It would so much easier to have clickable access on the contact card for those uploads.

Sending pushpages to multiple distribution groups.

Often I am sending the same communication pages to multiple groups. It would be helpful to not have to continuously make large distribution groups but rather add multiple distribution groups to one pushpage job.
