Would like to return to previous format of failed transaction report.

Can you please only send enrollment and failed payment reports when there is activity?
Please don't send email reports on enrollment and failed payments on a daily reports when there is no activity. It is very time consuming to open all those reports just for them to be empty. I don't open them anymore because it is too much.0 Implemented
