When viewing any list, we can sort only by one field. We need to see multiple layers of sorting, for example sort first by charge description THEN within that group sort by date (or amount or name etc.) -

Hold Codes should include the ability to restrict access to Billing Statements
Billing Managers can restict access, via hold codes, to a number of academic features, but access to Billing Statements is not one of them. This should be an option.0

Enrollment deposits should not show as "not applied", especially after they have been generated.
Since enrollment deposits generate credits which are then applied, the status pair of "Not applied" and "Applied" does not make sense. A more useful status pair would be "Not generated" and "Generated".0

Allow application of payment to latest transaction
Currently the options are auto apply to the oldest transaction or no auto apply (manual - not efficient). There should be an option to auto apply to the newest transaction. -
Recent Payments should allow user ID of student as a column
