Sorting by more than one column in all standard lists (worklists, candidate lists- ALL Lists).

In Smart Tuition, the dropdown box that displays the current school year should have a different color from the next year. During the enrollment process it is sometimes confusing looking at the same box with the same color.
It would be useful especially during the enrollment period to differentiate each school year by a different color dropdown box to ensure that transactions are entered into the correct year.0

Provide the ability to indicate the current status for employment fields populated through a data refresh.
After populating employment history through a data refresh, schools will still need to manually edit each user record to apply the status of current which is a required variable in the records synchronizing through RE Connect.1

Update reports to export with the appropriate column type
When exporting reports, most columns export with the General Type. I would like to see the fields updated to be their respective type such as the Currency fields when running the Registration Detail Report.0
