Changing a page with children to a landing page should give an error message

Run a report to see a master list of which grade book calculation each course is using.
Many of our teachers are using Percentages instead of Total Points with Weight and they don't understand what the difference is. It would be really nice to see a master list of what each course has their grade book calculation set to.1
