Need to Extract Meeting times
There is no way to list all the meeting times of classes. e.g. I have *several* sections that use a Random schedule set. I'd like to be able to extract all these and look at them.1

Allow for a 0 credit course within groups
We have a 0 credit PE Waiver. This should be able to count within a group of courses to account for passing PE. By law we cannot assign credit for the waiver.0

'or send via e-mail' should be available in non-roster sent messages
It seems that the 'or send via e-mail' feature is only avaiable in messages composed in the roster section of a class or group. Why is this not available in messages created in the messages link in the nav-bar?0

Sort classes by time instead of name

Add time of generation in report card
Currently, report cards only display the date a report card has been generated, but it would be good to display time as well, as this could help to identify report cards when updates are generated for those.0

FA restrictions on contracts
In the spirit of having all the FA togehter in one place it makes sense to have everything in BEM, but if a student was granted a waived registration fee for example it is FA but it has nothing to do with the contract and/or tuition fees due.0
