Add any listed 3rd party payer to "Paid By" on "Add Payment by Student"
When adding a payment for a student the payers are listed just above the "Paid By" field which is very useful. Adding any 3rd party payers to this will save having to search for the payer name therefore helping with efficiency.1 Needs review

Enrollment deposits should not show as "not applied", especially after they have been generated.
Since enrollment deposits generate credits which are then applied, the status pair of "Not applied" and "Applied" does not make sense. A more useful status pair would be "Not generated" and "Generated".0 Needs review
