Add "Prev" and "Next" links below the calendar

We would like to have the "Prev" and "Next" links that appear above a calendar to also appear at the bottom so they do not have to scroll to the top to switch to a new month.

Ability to prevent publishing assignments to Recent Activity for parents

I would like the ability to hide Assignments from Parents on Recent Activity if the teacher has opted to not yet publish the Assignment. This way teachers can create assignments in advance and hide them from the student as well as the parent.
