Capitalized country name - Data validation

I want to make it so that the country name is capitalized in Profile, or anywhere address is impacted. When I am exporting info to Raiser's Edge it does not like it when the country name is not fully capitalized so I have been manually changing them all.

    It messes up everything when you do Connect RE. We had put all of our countries to work with the proposed way the post office wants to address these countries and now that they are hard coded in onProducts, it overwirtes, of course.
