Get rid of Country and Province as "locked" and required fields in the application form template.

We see no reason that this has to be required field. It makes us seem out of touch by asking our clientele which all reside in the US, to fill in which province they reside in.

    This causes issues and we should be allowed to make it not required and hidden from all forms (application forms, school forms, profile update forms, etc).
