Change the default Country when entering a user's address

I would like the ability to decide what appears by default in the Country drop down when entering an address for a user within Core. Currently, it defaults to United States. Taking this out for each address is tedious and also removes the state selected when making the change. Defaulting to nothing would be preferred.

    Good news! You can set the default country for addresses from Core>Users>User profile settings>Profile page settings.
