All Citizenship/Ethnicity Fields Should be Available in School Forms for use

It is insane that only two field are available when registrars need to collect all the information in the Citizenship section but are unable to apply to a school form and have families complete.

    Correction: This is true for the 'Is Latino/Hispanic', 'In-State resident', and other new fields that have been recently added. These fields are available on applications already (if you re-add the 'Applicant' block).
