Include all profile fields for Household Profile Updates as options

Currently only a select number of profile fields are in Household Profile Updates.

All profile fields should be optional when building school forms. Specifically we are looking for the Position, Job Title, and Major field. Also having the option to have parents specify their living status would be useful.

    Would like to have the first/primary language field available as well as the Languages Spoken at Home
